This document is right for your organisation if:

  • You have (or are about to recruit) employees;
  • You do not curently have a staff handbook or any employment policies or procedures in place;
  • You want to purchase only the basic employment policies and procedures which are recommended for a small employer; and
  • You want the freedom to purchase additional employment policies and procedures separately as an when you need them.

This document is not right for your organisation if:

  • You already have a staff handbook in place;
  • You want a comprehensive staff handbook which contains all of the policies and procedures which may be relevant to your organisation; and
  • You do not have (and are not intending to recruit) any employees. If you only have volunteers, some of the documents in this bundle will not be relevant to your organisation.

What do I need before I start?

• A copy of your organisation's standard contract of employment; and

If you do not have any contracts in place we suggest that you purchase our contract of employment before you move on to purchasing any policies. ou may also wish to purchase our volunteer agreement and/or our consultanc agreement if relevant.
