- It is considering disposing of charity property (including sales, grant of leases, grant of easements etc.) and it needs to understand what the Charities Act requirements are and how to satisfy them.
This document is not right for your organisation if:
- It is not a Charity;
- It does not own property or occupies property on a licence basis only; or
- It is acquiring rather than disposing of property.
What do I need before I start?
You shouldn't need any information beyond the name of your organisation to complete this form.
